Shipping Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Artesanias Quety is not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or personalized items may take 3–5 business days before shipping.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs (for international orders).

3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within U.S.A, Canada and to select international destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties (paid by the buyer).

We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses for certain carriers.

Damaged items? Take photos and email us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacements or Refunds.
