At Artesanias Quety, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, some items are non-returnable. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags/labels intact.

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Items marked “Returns & exchanges not accepted” are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately, depending on the case
we’ll arrange a refund or replacement through our insured shipping partner.
Processing may take up to 10 business days (excluding holidays).

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Custom-made or personalized products

Earrings & other intimate accessories (for hygiene reasons)

Sale/discounted items (unless defective or damaged in transit)

Digital downloads or gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Refund Process

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos for a replacement or full refund.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for lost returns.

7. Final Sale Items
All clearance, sale, or final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
